24 May 2015 119A Big Bad Bob EBF (C&G) M'dnThe Stewards enquired into an incident approximately one furlong from home involving Independence Day, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed fourth, Munshid, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed fifth and Tonkinese (GB), ridden by James Doyle, placed third. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and took no further action.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Munshid trained by Kevin Prendergast, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount suffered interference one furlong from home.
The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Tribal Beat, trained by J. S. Bolger, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
119E Tattersalls Irish 1,000 GuineasThe Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Found, ridden by R.L. Moore, placed second, Jack Naylor (GB), ridden by R. Hughes, placed fourth and Pleascach, ridden by K.J. Manning, placed first. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judges placings and took no further action.
The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Kissed By Angels, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
M.Halford, trainer of Raydara, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Tuesday 26th May that his charge was found to be in season post race.
119F N. Conlan & Sons H'capThe Stewards enquired into an incident after turning into the straight involving Ballybacka Queen, ridden by D. O'Brien, unplaced and Neverushacon, ridden by F.M. Berry, unplaced. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned in the presence of Mr. P.A.Fahy, trainer, who accompanied D. O'Brien in the Stewards room. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference was accidental and took no further action.
119G Irish Tatler Celebrating 125 Years H'capP.J. Smullen, rider of Silwana trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran flat.
The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Silwana, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
